1. GYPSY CARAVAN SITE HORSHOE FARM
The visitors thanked the Parish Council and residents for their support in objecting to the planning application. They handed a report prepared by consultants and a petition to Mr Bill Scragg who had agreed to present these to the Planning Committee when they consider the application on 15th January.

2. MINUTES OF LAST MEETING
The minutes, which had been circulated, were agreed as a correct record, with the exception that Mrs.Proud be deleted from Apologies.

3. MATTERS ARISING
There were no matters arising.

4. BUDGET 2008/2009
After a lengthy discussion about street lighting it was agreed to precept £3,500.00 for the year 2008/09

5. ACCOUNTS
There were no accounts for payment

6. PLANNING
There were no planning applications

7. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
It was agreed that Councillors send Annette some flowers with their best wishes.
