5. MATTERS ARISING Street Lights
A member of the public in Moston requested
that the lights be fixed near where she lived and had been referred
to the Clerk who asked the Chairman for her thoughts. It was
agreed that Moston ask the Borough Council to sort this problem
out and the Council said they would have to bill us, which they
have now done.
AGREED: That the bill from Congleton Borough Council for the
repair of the two street lights in Moston be sent back to them,
since Moston Parish Council does not accept responsibility for
them.
