1. MINUTES OF LAST MEETING
The minutes of the last meeting, which had been circulated, were agreed and signed as a correct record.

2. MATTERS ARISING
A letter received from British Waterways was read out and the contents noted.

3. ACCOUNTS
The following accounts were agreed:

• Warmingham St.Leonards Church - £200
  This amount was agreed to be paid annually as soon after 1st April each year for maintenance of the churchyard.
• Congleton Borough Council election expenses - £30.80.
• Quarterly phone rental - £35.99
• The Financial Regulations for the Parish Council were also agreed.

4. PLANNING
An application has been received for houses at Rookery Bridge.

AGREED:

• That a letter be sent to the Council advising that the council believes that the infrastructure will not support this.
• Planning 0620886/FUL Extension to existing store.
• That a letter be sent to the Council requesting further information

5. ANY OTHER BUSINESS

• Council need to know who owns the land near to White Hall, Moston.
• Mr.Sant to check this out.
• Meeting to be called if the land has been sold.
• Please check with Backford Hall regarding Moston Street lights.
• Cheshire Railings - check with James Wood.

The next meeting will be held on Monday 6th November 2006 at 7.45 pm.
