1. GYPSY CARAVAN SITE HORSHOE FARM
Members of the public attended for this item and after some discussion on the way forward the following was agreed:-

That a letter be sent to Lady Ann Winterton MP at the House of Commons to express the Council's concern regarding this application which is in open countryside and, if approved, could set a precedent.

Residents have also retained the services of Mr Roger Fowler a Planning Consultant.

2. STREET LIGHTS
A letter received from Congleton Borough regarding the above, was read out and the following was agreed:-

That a letter be sent to Steve Kent at Cheshire County Council, Backford Hall, Chester, expressing our concern regarding the street lights in Moston, with a copy to Councillor Ken Oliver for information.

3. BRITISH SALT
Councillor Oliver was impressed by the presentation given by British Salt which he recently attended, and was also impressed with the way in which the brine will be utilised. Moston Parish Council consider this to be a well run operation.

AGREED: That a letter be sent to Cheshire County Council stating that this Council have no objection to this application.

4. ACCOUNTS
