1. MINUTES OF LAST MEETING.
The minutes, which had been circulated, were agreed as a correct record.

2. MATTERS ARISING.
Horseshoe Farm - proposed Gypsy Site. Mr.Scragg has had discussions with Mr Ian Andrew of Congleton Borough Council in connection with the hearing. Because of some problems this hearing has been put back possibly to July and will be a formal one.

It was also reported that there appears to be no one on the site at the moment.

It was AGREED that Mr Sant and Mrs Proud check on the plans recently submitted by Flowcrete and report back at the next meeting.

It was AGREED that Mr Sant and Mr.Shaw should liaise with John Harris from Cheshire County Council regarding the sites etc of fingerposts within the Parish.

3. LOCAL LIST INCLUSION
The above was discussed at some length and it was agreed that the Clerk check the Local Plan to see if Dragon's Lane Bridge, Milestones, Booth Lane and the stone at Moston Manor are already included.

If they are, Mr Sant to be e-mailed with the details.

4. ANNUAL ACCOUNTS AND ANNUAL GOVERNANCE STATEMENT
The Annual Accounts and Governance Statement, which had been circulated, were agreed and signed by the Chairman. These will now be submitted to the Audit Commission to be audited.

5. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
There being no further business the meeting was closed.

The date of the next meeting was fixed for Monday 11th August 2008 at 7.45pm.
