1. PROPOSED GYPSY SITE - HORSESHOE FARM
Mrs.Fell outlined her views on the proposed site at Horseshoe Farm and indicated that there were now 3 chalet bungalows in situ.

It was agreed that a letter be sent to the Borough Council requesting answers to the following questions:-

• What are the milestones for the Enforcement Notice at the site?
• Has a site inspection been carried out and if not, when will it be undertaken?
• What is the purpose of the chalet bungalows on the site?

A copy of the letter be sent to the Chief Executive of the Cheshire East Council with a copy to Warmingham Parish Council for information.

It was further agreed that the Clerk forward a copy of Moston Parish Council's recent letter to Lady Winterton and the Borough Council. Councillor Goodall will also write independently to the Borough Council on this issue.

2. MINUTES OF LAST MEETING
The minutes, which had been circulated, were agreed as a correct record.

3. PLANNING
There were no planning applications.

4. ACCOUNTS
The following accounts were approved for payment:-

Lyreco - £21.85
Petty Cash  - £50.00
One quarter phone rental - £40.51
Yearly rental for Warmingham Parish Hall - £80.00
Warmingham Parish Church - £200.00

5. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
Horseshoe Farm to be included on the issue list compiled by the Association of Parish Councils.
The Clerk will enquire whether the Council can have more than 8 Councillors sitting on the Parish Council.

Councillor Oliver asked the Council to note that on the 28th March 2009 Tatton Park will be open to visitors free of charge.
