1. MINUTES OF LAST MEETING The minutes of the last meeting,
which had been circulated, were agreed and signed as a correct
record.
2. MATTERS ARISING
- The Clerk read out a letter received from
Mr.Beech regarding the trophy recently presented to him by the
Chairman.
- The temporary development of Tetton Trailers
has now been resolved, since the company have moved to another
site in the Moston area.
- It was agreed to keep an eye on the proposed
planning application for a Gypsy site in Tetton Lane.
- It was agreed to ask Councillor Holland
if he can find out who owns the land where quad bikes are.
- Councillor Holland reported on the consultation
on the Borough Plan now called Local Development Framework.
- From a Moston point of view the Local
Development Plan Framework includes plans for the Old Bone Works
and the Foden test site. The Borough are going out to consultation
shortly regarding these items and there will be a 6 week consultation
period.
3. ACCOUNTS The following accounts were agreed:
- Quarterly phone rental for Nov 05 retrospectively
agreed £31.49
- Hacker & Young audit fee £58.75
4. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
There is still a light out in Plant Lane.
Equally there are still some lights out in the Moston area which
have been out for at least 25 months.
AGREED:
- That the Clerk contact the Borough Council
to find out who the contact it and then email him.
- That the Clerk contact the following gentleman
to ask if he would like to become a Councillor and invite him
to the next meeting.

- That a letter of complaint be sent to
the Borough Council regarding the closure of Clay Lane, many
problems have been experienced and is still closed and that the
Parish Council would like to know what the current position is.
- Councillor Holland reported that the Borough
Council have made some redundancies reducing to 4 Heads of Service.
He also reported that parking charges may be introduced.
The next meeting of Parish Council is scheduled
for 6th March 2006.
