1. MINUTES OF LAST MEETING
The minutes of the last meeting, which had been circulated, were agreed and signed as a correct record.

2. MATTERS ARISING
There were no matters arising.

3. BUDGET 2007/08
As part of the Budget consultation and discussion, a letter from the Borough Council was received and discussed in depth and the following was AGREED:

• That a letter be sent to the Borough Council, stating that it is the recollection of Senior Parish Councillors that Moston Parish Council street lights are under the ownership of the Borough Council. We do not therefore own the Street Lights or have responsibility for the maintenance of them.
• That a precept of £2,500 be requested from the Borough Council.
• Mr Scragg is monitoring the proposed development at Rookery Bridge.

3. ACCOUNTS
The following account was agreed:
Warmingham Parish Hall - £70

4. PLANNING
A letter had been received from Cheshire County Council informing that the Middlewich Bypass has been approved..

5. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
The following was AGREED:

• That a letter be sent to the Borough Council regarding articulated lorries using Watch Lane/Plant Lane/Mill Lane/Dragons Lane, requesting a weight restriction in the area, as the roads are collapsing due to heavy usage.

The next meeting will be held on Monday 5th March 2007 at 7.45 pm.
