1. PLANNING APPLICATION FOR THE ALBION CHEMICALS SITE
This special meeting was called to specifically discuss the above Outline Planning Application. After a discussion and viewing of the outline plan for the site, the following was agreed.

• There is concern about houses being built close to a sub-station.
• Could the houses be moved to where the Units are?
• There is concern about the flow of traffic through Elworth.
• Moss Lane traffic should also be taken into consideration.

There being no further business the meeting was closed.

The date of the next meeting fixed for Monday 12th October 2009 at 7.45pm has been cancelled and a further meeting at the beginning of November will be arranged, further details later.
