1. MINUTES OF LAST MEETING
The minutes of the last meeting, which had been circulated, were agreed and signed as a correct record.

2. MATTERS ARISING

• The problem with street Lights still exists and Mr Sant agreed to email James Wood with the numbers of the lights so that he can take action.
• It was noted that the Foden building will not be demolished.
• The Borough Council Local Plan for Sandbach West was discussed and it was agreed that the Clerk should obtain a copy of the Plan for each Councillor.
• It was agreed to co-opt Mr.Gerrish onto the Parish Council.

3. ACCOUNTS
The following account was agreed:

• Petty Cash £50.00

4. PLANNING
There were no planning applications.

5. ANY OTHER BUSINESS

• Councillor Holland reported that he would not be standing for relection in May and Councillors thanked him for all his hard work and in being able to attend so many meetings.
• It was reported that Albion Chemicals is to close and would be used for storage and distribution only.

The next meeting will be held on Monday 8th May 2006 at 7.45 pm.
