1. MINUTES OF LAST MEETING
The minutes of the last meeting, which had been circulated, were agreed and signed as a correct record.

2. MATTERS ARISING

• It was agreed that for 2008/09 an amount be included in the budget to produce a newsletter and possibly a summer barbeque.
• It was agreed that an email be sent to the Borough Council Chief Executive regarding the Capital of Culture stating that this Council will not be partaking.
• It was agreed that a meeting should be arranged with Tym & Partners to discuss the Rookery Bridge site.
• That a letter be sent to Congleton Borough Council for the attention of Mr Steven Jones regarding Street Lights in Moston asking if our previous letter had been received.
• That a letter be sent to Congleton Borough Council for the attention of Mr James Wood re traffic in Moston asking for clarification of some points including "desk top assessment" and stating that in their opinion there should be signs on the main road.

3. ACCOUNTS
The following accounts were agreed:

• Petty Cash - £ 50.00
• Quarter telephone line rental - £ 35.99
• Cartridge for photocopier - £ 67.90

4. PLANNING
There were no planning applications.

5. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
The following was AGREED:

• That Councillors submit some ideas for the next meeting regarding a summer barbeque along with a proposed flyer for meetings, to be circulated to residents and posted on the web site www.mostonparishcouncil.co.uk

The next meeting will be held on Monday 14th May 2007 at 7.45 pm.
