Members of the public attended to discuss the latest information regarding Horseshoe Farm and the following were agreed.

AGREED:
a) That a further email be sent to Mr.Andrew requesting a reply to our letter of 11th March 2009.

b) That a request to Cheshire East Council for copies of their reports with regard to recent gypsy sites in the former Crewe & Nantwich Borough Council area.

c) The names of contacts at the former Crewe & Nantwich Borough Council are Mr.D.Snelson - Development Control and Mr.D.Evans - Enforcement Officer in connection with b) above.

There being no further items for the Annual Meeting, the ordinary meeting of the Council continued.
